الحذف من داخل التطبيق
- افتح شاشة الحساب في تطبيق مسلم الوائلي.
- اختر «حذف الحساب».
- أعد المصادقة مع Google أو Apple أو Facebook إذا طلبها موفر الدخول، ثم أكد الحذف.
يحذف التطبيق حساب Firebase وبيانات العضوية المرتبطة به، بما فيها الإعجابات والحظر والبلاغات والتعليقات التي يملكها المستخدم وفق سياسة الخدمة. لا يحتاج الزائر المحلي إلى طلب حذف حساب لأنه لا يُنشئ حساباً خادمياً.
طلب المساعدة
إذا لم يعد بإمكانك الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل طلباً من البريد المرتبط بعضويتك إلى muslimalwaeliapp@gmail.com واكتب «طلب حذف الحساب» في عنوان الرسالة. قد نطلب معلومات محدودة للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل الحذف.

Account and Data Deletion
Delete inside the app
- Open the Account screen in the Muslim Al-Waili app.
- Select “Delete account”.
- Reauthenticate with Google, Apple, or Facebook if requested, then confirm deletion.
The app deletes the Firebase account and associated membership data, including the user's likes, blocks, reports, and owned comments according to the service policy. Local visitor access creates no server-side account.
Request assistance
If you can no longer sign in, email muslimalwaeliapp@gmail.com from the address connected to your membership. Use “Account deletion request” as the subject. We may request limited information to verify account ownership.
